Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use digital-asset services. [Owner review: minimum age and restricted regions].
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your Feespad account and for keeping your sign-in details private.
Your wallet and recovery secret
Each account has one self-custodial Solana wallet generated in your browser. Its private key is shown once. Feespad does not store it and cannot recover it. Losing it means permanently losing access to that wallet.
User-created tokens
Creators are solely responsible for the coins they create, their names, images, descriptions, and any claims they make. Feespad does not endorse any coin.
Prohibited conduct
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate it.
Third-party protocols
Launches and trading depend on Pump.fun, the Solana network, RPC providers, and market-data services we do not control. Their terms and failures may affect you.
Blockchain finality and fees
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Network and protocol fees are separate from Feespad requirements and are not refundable by Feespad.
Availability
Feespad may be unavailable, degraded, or changed at any time. Launching and transactions are not enabled in the current version.
No guarantee of value
Feespad makes no promise about any coin's price, liquidity, or success.
User content and intellectual property
You keep rights to content you upload and grant Feespad a license to display it on the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload. Feespad branding remains ours.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feespad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses of digital assets, or third-party failures. You agree to indemnify Feespad against claims arising from your misuse. [Owner review: liability cap].
